Our experience in providing consultation, design and support of pilot peer services is what sets us apart. Project Wingman, an FAA bench marked pilot peer support program at a major airline (See FAA Aviation Rule Making Committee Report on Pilot Fitness, Nov 2015), was created by CA Charlie Curreri. A host of 40 pilot peers, run an effective and robust program at a major airline. Other airlines, Southwest, and United have modeled peer support after Project Wingman. Our team consults, designs, implements, trains and supports the organization throughout.
CAMH provides counseling via Skype, ZOOM, or by phone, depending on state laws. We are well versed in FAA mental health guidelines and return to work rules that minimizes the stressors associated with seeking mental health support as a pilot. All of our counselors are licensed professional counselors in their respective states.
Our purpose is to provide confidential services and employ a vast knowledge base as pilots and counselors in the aviation industry. Our broad-based experiences in aviation and psychology have us uniquely positioned to help struggling aviators and aviation workers.
